After the first ramp, the second ramp at Autobahn is a simple drive -- sure, you can make a mistake there,
but it's not too likely once you've been through it a few times.
The third ramp, going down and to the right, is a different matter.
Ideally, for maximum speed you don't hit either rail, but the faster your car is the harder it is to do this.
(In general, not hitting a rail is better than hitting it if (a big if) you don't have to slow down too much to not hit it.)
In slow cars like the 356's, you avoid the rails on the 3rd ramp fairly easily, but it's hard to avoid them in a fast car, so you have to learn to
hit it right.
This also provides a great lesson in hitting a rail right and hitting it wrong, and what happens each way.

Swing down into it and slide toward the left.

and hit the rail with the side of your car as much as possible, rather than the nose.
